Think of the bonus bagging service I’ve been trialling as a matched betting guide. It guides you to do everything. You don’t really need to think. If you’ve been following my daily posts you will have no doubt noticed the ease in extracting bonus free bets from bookmakers. In an interview with Mike he put it to me perfectly: “It’s monkey see, monkey do.”
Our win bet on Giannina in their game last night with Atromitos lost at William Hill and won at Betfair. The game finished 1-1.
Let’s start proceedings with a recap of our ongoing account balances:
PaddyPower Balance: £21 (Free bet matched for Hoffenheim game tonight)
Ladbrokes Balance: £0 (£10 placed on Sevilla to win on Sunday)
William Hill: £0 – £25 FREE BET CREDITED
Betfair Balance: £63.88 (£38.64 still tied up on the Hoffenheim game this evening)
Good stuff. So first off let’s take care of that William Hill free bet. I head on over to the Bonus Bagging control panel:
Within a few minutes I receive an email with instructions.
I click the link and head on over to William Hill.
As annotated on my image – when you have been awarded a free bet it will show up in the bet slip. Mine hasn’t here because as I mentioned before I am paper betting for point of demonstration. I already have accounts with all these bookmakers through bonus bagging myself and cannot sign up to them again.
Now my free bet is placed I need to lay the bet off at Betfair.
So now, whatever happens in the event, I have made £17.39 with thanks to the free bet William Hill awarded me. There is none of the risk that would come with gambling a free bet.
Through both backing AND laying, I have locked in the profit.
Time to sign up to my next bookmaker. First though – if you haven’t watched it already then make sure you take 10 minutes of your time to watch my step by step bonus bagging video. Those of you who’ve watched it already will have observed the bookmaker I am bonus bagging on that occasion is StanJames. Of course, I also want to include the details of it in this walkthrough.
I can’t click ‘Request New Bet’ because I’ve already been sent the StanJames qualifying bet email when I produced that matched betting guide screencast. Instead, I’m going to show you another feature of the Bonus Bagging service that allows you to request a new bet if for any reason you cannot place your bet in the first instance.Mmaybe you had to leave your computer and didn’t have chance to sign up to a bookmaker as instructed. You now return to your computer and find the odds have moved dramatically or that event is already over! Don’t worry. Regardless of the circumstance you can head on over to the control panel and navigate to the ‘Missed Bets’ area.
Intuitive and easy. I can’t go wrong. Within minutes I have a new arrival in my inbox..
I navigate to the StanJames web site and find my bet.
After heading back to the email I can click the link and head on over to the Betfair market.
Between the StanJames qualifying bet and the Betfair lay I stand to lose 35p, but I will gain a £10 free bet when the match concludes this evening.
Before I end my Bonus Bagging matched betting guide for today, let’s look at the figures:
Profit Total: £18.16 + £17.39 – £0.35 = £35.20
Good. So within 4 days I’ve eclipsed the service asking price of £27 and I haven’t even really got started on the bigger offers yet. I still have £30 worth of Ladbrokes free bets soon coming my way along with a £10 free bet from StanJames also. We’re steadily building up our bankroll as we move in to day five of trialling the bonus bagging arbitrage software.
